Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy applies to all Jejo.ai trial and managed AI agent services operated by Walscout LLC doing business as Jejo.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Intended Use

Our $1 trial provides 7 days of access to a fully provisioned AI agent on Telegram. The trial is intended for business owners and professionals who want to evaluate how a managed AI agent can support their business operations before committing to a monthly subscription.

2. Fair Use

We expect trial users to use the service in good faith for its intended purpose: evaluating the AI agent for genuine business use. We reserve the right to terminate a trial early and issue a full refund of the $1 trial fee if we determine, at our sole discretion, that usage falls outside of intended use. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Automated or scripted interactions designed to stress-test the system
• Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing agent access with third parties
• Using the agent for any unlawful purpose
• Abusing the trial by creating multiple accounts

3. What Happens After Your Trial

At the end of the 7-day trial period, your AI agent is deactivated. No further charges are made. You have two options:

• Upgrade to a monthly subscription at $750/mo with the setup fee waived (a limited offer for trial users)
• Book a call to discuss Pro or Enterprise plans tailored to your needs

There is no automatic billing after the trial. You choose whether to continue.

4. Termination and Refunds

If we terminate your trial under this Fair Use Policy, we will refund the $1 trial fee in full. The $1 fee is otherwise non-refundable, as agent provisioning costs are incurred immediately upon payment.
